IOP Group Therapy Curriculum

Chrysalis Continuing Care clients receive individual and group therapy. Group psychotherapy is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals learn from the experiences of others and the interaction between group members while being guided by a skilled moderating clinician. Group therapy sessions are typically rooted in curricula or themes that address common issues. Sometimes, clinicians will alter or expand curriculum to adapt the focus of treatment to relevant issues within the group. Following are core Chrysalis Continuing Care curricula for a twelve-week length of programming.
